  • Certified Bartenders: Professional, Serving It Right certified bartenders who ensure top-notch service and responsible alcohol handling.
  • Special Events License Assistance: We'll guide you through the process of filing for the required special events liquor license, providing helpful tips and ensuring you have all the information you need to get it done smoothly.
  • Liquor Pickup: we are not legally required to purchase liquor for your event but we can pick it up on your behalf! As an event host you are required to purchase the alcohol.

    Absolutely! We offer a range of beer, wine, and cocktails, but we can work with you to customize the drink menu based on your preferences. Whether you want signature cocktails, specific brands, or unique drink options, we’ll tailor the bar to fit your vision.

    No, we do not supply the special event permit. A special event permit is a temporary license required to legally serve liquor at your event. However, we’re happy to assist you in the application process! It’s quick and easy to obtain, and it ensures that alcohol is served in compliance with BC liquor laws. We’ll guide you through the steps to make sure everything is done smooth and stress-free. 

    Depending on your event you may not require a permit. Contact us for more details. 

    The BC Liquor and Cannabis Regulation Branch prohibits mobile bars from selling alcohol, so the event host is responsible for supplying the liquor. If you’re hosting an event and would like us to pick up your alcohol, we’re happy to purchase it on your behalf.

    A 50% non-refundable deposit is required when the contract is signed to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 1 week before your event. If you’re booking within a week of the event date, the full payment is required upon signing the contract. This ensures everything is confirmed and ready to go for your big day!

    Yes, we carry liability insurance to ensure your event is protected.

    Yes, all of our bartenders are Serving It Right certified and receive proper training to provide responsible and professional service. You can trust that our team is fully equipped to handle your event safely and efficiently!

    Yes, we can! We’re fully equipped to provide bar services for outdoor events of all kinds. Whether it’s a wedding, festival, or private party, we’ll ensure your outdoor bar is set up and ready to serve, no matter the location.

    We provide disposable options as part of our standard service. However, if you’d prefer glassware for your event, we can arrange that for an additional cost. Let us know your preference, and we’ll ensure your bar setup matches the style of your event!

    The number of bartenders depends on the size of your event. As a general rule, we recommend one bartender for every 50 guests to ensure smooth and timely service. We’ll work with you to determine the right staffing based on your guest count and bar setup.
