1. Ticket Sales and Payment
All ticket sales are final upon purchase. Once a ticket has been purchased, no changes, exchanges, or transfers will be permitted. Please ensure all event details, including date, time, and location, are correct before completing your transaction. Payment for tickets is required at the time of purchase and must be made through the designated platform.
2. Refunds and Cancellations
Northern Events maintains a strict no refund policy. Refunds will only be issued in the event of an official event cancellation by Northern Events. In such cases, Northern Events will refund the full ticket price to all ticket holders within 30 days of the event's cancellation notice. The refund will be processed through the same payment method used for the original purchase. Northern Events is not responsible for any additional charges incurred due to third-party transaction fees or currency exchange.
3. Event Changes
Northern Events reserves the right to make any necessary changes to the event, including but not limited to the date, time, location, or featured entertainment, due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, Northern Events will notify all ticket holders via email. Changes to the event details do not qualify for refunds unless the event is officially cancelled.
4. Age Restrictions
All attendees must meet the specified age requirement for the event. For events designated as 19+, a valid government-issued ID will be required for entry. Northern Events reserves the right to refuse entry to any individual who fails to provide proof of age, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.
5. Ticket Delivery
All tickets will be delivered digitally via email. Your digital ticket will be sent to the email address provided during the purchase process within 24 hours of your order confirmation. It is the ticket holder’s responsibility to provide a valid email address and ensure that they have received the ticket. Northern Events is not responsible for missed emails or delivery issues related to spam filters or incorrect email addresses.
6. Entry to the Event
A valid digital or printed ticket must be presented for entry to the event. Northern Events reserves the right to deny entry to any individual without a valid ticket or those failing to comply with the event’s terms and conditions. Tickets are non-transferable, and unauthorized duplication of tickets may result in refusal of entry.
7. Code of Conduct
Northern Events strives to create a safe and enjoyable environment for all attendees. All guests are expected to behave respectfully and adhere to the venue's rules and regulations. Northern Events reserves the right to remove any individual who engages in inappropriate, disruptive, or unlawful behavior. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
8. Force Majeure
In the event that the event is unable to proceed due to circumstances beyond Northern Events’ control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government regulations, public health emergencies, or any other situation deemed unsafe or unfeasible, Northern Events reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event without liability. In such cases, refunds will be issued at Northern Events' discretion, based on the circumstances.
9. Liability
By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, the ticket holder agrees that Northern Events is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property incurred before, during, or after the event. Ticket holders assume all risk associated with the event, including but not limited to the effects of alcohol consumption, weather conditions, or venue-related incidents.
10. Resale of Tickets
Ticket resale is permitted; however, Northern Events is not responsible for, nor can be held liable for, any issues, scams, or fraudulent transactions that may arise from the resale of tickets. The resale of tickets is strictly a private transaction between the buyer and seller, and Northern Events does not verify, endorse, or facilitate the resale process. Buyers are advised to use caution and only purchase from trusted sources.
11. Amendments
Northern Events reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any updates or changes will be communicated to ticket holders via email and published on the event's official website. Continued participation or holding of the ticket constitutes acceptance of any changes made to these terms.
